Most of the Australia Post offices are closed on weekends. If your order is placed on a Friday after 2pm AEST, it cannot be shipped until the Post Office is open for business the following Monday (or Tuesday, if that Monday is a public holiday). As soon as your items have been processed, we will email you the tracking details. If you have not received your tracking number within 2 business days after the date of purchase, please check your junk mail first and then contact us.<\/p>\n

In case if you open your tracking link and it doesn’t show detailed information, don’t worry. It might take 1-2 days for a tracking to appear in the system. For international tracking, once the parcel has arrived in your country and clears customs, you can search the tracking through your local postal service.<\/p>\n

For international orders, your purchase will typically arrive within 5-21 business days of dispatch.\u00a0It might take longer to deliver to remote destinations.<\/p>\n

Any import duties, taxes or other fees are the sole responsibility of the receiving customer. Please check with your local customs office to determine any tax on imports before ordering.
