SHIPPING
Your order will be processed for shipping within the same or next business day after purchase. During periods of heavy customer activity processing time may be extended. Please check out our website for any updates.
Most of the Australia Post offices are closed on weekends. If your order is placed on a Friday after 2pm AEST, it cannot be shipped until the Post Office is open for business the following Monday (or Tuesday, if that Monday is a public holiday). As soon as your items have been processed, we will email you the tracking details. If you have not received your tracking number within 2 business days after the date of purchase, please check your junk mail first and then contact us.
In case if you open your tracking link and it doesn’t show detailed information, don’t worry. It might take 1-2 days for a tracking to appear in the system. For international tracking, once the parcel has arrived in your country and clears customs, you can search the tracking through your local postal service.

Domestic Delivery
We offer FREE SHIPPING to our customers in Australia for orders over AU$100.
A flat rate at AU$8.95 is applied for orders under AU$100. AusPost Express shipping option is available at the checkout for AU$12.95.
Your purchase will typically arrive within 3-8 business days.
International Delivery
We offer FREE SHIPPING worldwide for orders over AU$300. For orders under AU$300 is a flat rate at AU$15.95
For international orders, your purchase will typically arrive within 5-21 business days of dispatch. It might take longer to deliver to remote destinations.
Any import duties, taxes or other fees are the sole responsibility of the receiving customer. Please check with your local customs office to determine any tax on imports before ordering. Customers are responsible for receiving their parcels and we cannot be held liable for returned or lost items if no one is at the address to accept the parcel or the address details were incorrect.
Re-delivery can be arranged at additional cost.
