RETURNS
We accept Returns within 30 days of the original shipment date excluding any shipping costs. We don’t accept returns if you simply change your mind.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be returned in unused, original condition with a product tag originally attached. A missing product tag is considered as an indication that the product has been used and your return request will be rejected. Returns made after 30 days will not be accepted.
To lodge your return request, please contact us and include the following details:

- a receipt of the purchase
- a photo of a received item (please take close-up shots with a proper lighting)

SHIPPING RETURNS
Once your return has been approved, we send you further instructions. Please use the original mailing packaging for returning your order.
If you are returning items that cost over $50, you must use a trackable shipping service. Otherwise, we don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Please keep a copy of a receipt with a tracking number until your refund is finalised.
If you return a product as a result of a mistake made by Silver Daisy Gemstones, return shipping costs will be covered by us. Please send us a copy of the receipt for shipping cost to process a refund correctly.
REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will inform you as soon as possible in regard to the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your refund is approved, then your account will be credited in the amount of the original purchase price excluding shipping costs within 3 business days. You will be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
Customer is responsible for any return shipping costs incurred. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. If a mistake is made by Silver Daisy Gemstones, return shipping costs will be covered by us. Please send us a copy of the recite for shipping cost.
If you haven’t received a refund after 3 working days since a refund notification has been issued, please wait 1-2 more days, as it may take some time before your refund will appear in your bank account. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us via our Contact page.
Occasionally, certain items may be out of stock. You will be notified via email, and you will be able to choose a refund or to wait the item to be re-stocked if applicable.
